As a fairly new patient, the process has been very smooth from the very first phone call. The entire office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure I understood every step of the process and were always available for questions. A big plus is they are very efficient with staying on time with scheduled appointments!

The Orthodontist and the assistants are both very fast, and clear. They tell you what they are doing, and what you need to do very clearly. I love my experience with them!
