From the moment you walk in, the staff is warm and welcoming. Everyone is incredibly friendly and makes you feel comfortable right away. I really appreciate how they follow up and stay attentive throughout the process. The service is excellent, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. Highly recommend!!!

We had a great experience at Hart Orthodontics. My son had an expander applied, and the staff was kind, patient, and very professional. They explained everything clearly and made my son feel comfortable throughout the visit. The clinic has a welcoming atmosphere, and we’re very pleased with how smoothly everything went. Highly recommend!
They have a very nice seating area and lobby, they have a good rewards program and a contest board. You can enter contests too.
Having decided to begin orthodontic treatment in my 40’s- I knew I would want people I could relate to and would provide detailed explanations throughout my treatment. Both Dr Harts (father and son) as well as the staff were superlative throughout. Every appointment, every interaction, every time. That is no small feat! I’ve been working in optometry for 23 years so I know a thing or two about dealing with patients. I couldn’t possibly recommend these fine people enough. If you live in PWC there really isn’t anywhere else to consider. T Lane
